Fantastic in both Quality of Product, and Quality of Service. Easy to deal with and extremely Helpful, not to mention knowledgeable. Engraving was CRISP and CLEAN and the overall quality of the product is 12/10, I would even say it is unmatched here locally. Thank you

Rosa has been good to us for a couple years. Although, this shipment was dissappointing due to long delivery times and setting the wrong expectation to us on the delivery time. The quality of the product was good but a lot of the package boxes were damaged when we opened them up. I am not sure it was due to bad packaging of the boxes or delivery. It could due to many factors but we as a business cannot sell damage product packaging. I wish it was packaged much more careful. I am expecting a partial refund on this order once I show pictures and videos of the damage product packaging.
